Incredible Vietnamese food! During my business trip to Boise I searched for a good Vietnamese restaurant on YELP and found Pho Tay. The sisters who own the restaurant are fun to chat with and the quality of the pho  made me feel like I was in Little Saigon in both Garden Grove and San Jose.

I'll continue to eat at Pho Tay during my business trips to Boise. Cm n

    Beef Pho' - 3
    Egg Rolls - 2
I eat a lot of pho' and it's always seems to come down to  personal choice/taste. The broth was good and not too sweet.  Egg rolls were ok but again it's personal preference... the staff members were pretty cool and I may try this place again or go to another local spot to compare.

I really wanted to like this place and had heard good things about their pho.  The service that we received was great. However, the phone was pretty bland.  It was missing those precious oils that float on the surface of a great bowl of Pho.

Worthy try but just missed the mark.

One can only go without Pho for so long, and the craving starts!

Since my trip from Vancouver, BC to Boise, ID I had gone without anything close to a bowl of Pho, so I decided to check out the Latest Pho scene in Boise.

To my pleasant surprise it has improved so much since my last visit 4 years ago!

We had the House Special Pho (Large) and they do mean Large!  And the Bun Bo Hue, both were above average even compare to Vancouver, Seattle!

The expansion of ethnic cuisines is fast reaching the State of Idaho, which is a good progress for foodies like us!!

Verdict: Yes, come and taste the Beef Broth!! Recommend!!

Nothing like pho after a night of going down town. Pho provides the perfect hangover relief. This place keeps it simple and gives you what they are good at. You have the option to choose your own meats or just order the 'duc biet' style which includes all of them. The broth is deep and flavor and tastes fantastic. You also can choose between small, medium, or large for the pho and they do not skimp out on their toppings. A good amount of each meat is provided and a good amount of the side veggies are also provided. The only one thing I have to complain about is the time it took for it to come out. Literally waited 15 minutes. Other than that, i'm definitely coming back to try all their menu items.
